this feb 6th my daughter will complete 9months....can i start giving here external milk atleast 1s in a day....because i feel my milk is reducing day by day...
wait for a year.. plan her feed for night times so u can feed her solids through out the day ...

please give cows milk once your child is one year old. till then breast milk or formula.
