This is for sweet tooth ones..!! PASTA PAYASAM Ingredients: 1.5;tablespoons;ghee
12 to 15;cashews;(kaju)
2;tablespoon;raisins;(kishmish)
1;cup;pasta (I m using mimmo baby flower pasta)
3cups milk
4;tablespoon;sugar/jaggery/dates syrup add as required of ur choice
½;teaspoon;cardamom powder;
Saffron(optional) Method: frying cashews and raisins in ghee & keep a side. Making pasta payasam: Cook mimmo baby flower organic wholesome pasta in a large pot of boiling milk, stirring occasionally, until al dente,
then add 4 tablespoon sugar/jaggery or add as required.
sprinkle ½ teaspoon cardamom powder.
mix very well and simmer; payasam on a low flame to medium-low flame for 2 to 3 minutes more. switch off the flame and then add the fried cashews and raisins. you can even keep a few of the fried raisins and cashews for garnisn,can add saffron also. serve pasta payasam hot or warm. once the payasam comes to a room temperature, then you can refrigerate and serve later as a chilled sweet. #babychakracontests #babychakra #lovemimmoorganics #nesting #healthyfood
