This is my first baby and I am breastfeeding and baby is 4. Months old. I'm concerned if he is getting enough milk as I also try a pump and it amounts to sometimes half oz from both breasts together or 1 oz together. Are there any suggestions.

Don't be worried of the quantity.. once the baby latches on well n gets used to it, there will be good flow.. Baby knows best..

Pumping milk and guessing your milk supply is not the right way. It makes a difference when bBy sucks and you pump. So don't worry about that, just keep feeding.

Try on latching frequently and pump after every; feed.; Have herbs like fenugreek, cumin seeds and fennel seeds. All sort of nutritional food like fruits and green vegetables will help increasing milk supply. Add on nuts, milk and lots of water. You can take lactonic granules with milk twice a day
