If placenta moves up, there will be less or no risk at the time of birth. So focus on providing healthy Nutrition and avoid wrong postures to help the placenta so that its moves up asap.

Hi. In early Pregnancy, having a low placenta with cervix closed is okay and nothing to worry.
Avoid bending forward, avoid exercises or physical activity. Have regular walks of 15-20 mins at home after meals. Eat nutritious food. Avoid lifting weights or sleeping on the back. With progress in Pregnancy, placenta will most likely move up.
If you experience any heaviness in lower part of ur bump, make sure u sleep on left side and keep a kick count.
Rest, trust your body.
For Low Hb with Diabetes, it's best to consult a Prenatal Nutritionist to guide you through healthy diet.
Tc.
