This is my usual food routine round the day-
Early Morning 6 30-7 am Cup of milk plus a rusk or wheat cake
Breakfast at 10- Bread/Parathas/poha/upma/chowmein
Mid morn-Biscuit with milk shake or just some panjeeri
Lunch 1 30-2 30pm - Rice with Sabzi OR Sabzi Roti OR chena or eggs
6PM - Milk with cake homemade OR homemade cookie or biscuit

8-8 30 pm - One Roti with sabzi
If u stay up late -- By Max 10 pm I have some dinner -- Roti OR Chawal with chicken or Panir or dal etc.
I include Chena Panir or eggs for sure and four almonds or walnuts round the day.
Is the diet fine?? I haven't put on excess weight just 1.5 kgs till now but doc not worried.;

Yes good one taking regular gaps eating Lil quantity more times helps all.. I gained 4 kgs per month earlier in 5th Month after my gynecologist suggested me to control my food diet I just gained 1 kilo that too babies weight and amniotic fluid has weighed... once check out thyroid levels and gestational diabetes (GTT) if you are gaining weight suddenly
