This little wobbly quiet infant is now a spindly loquacious toddler whose unending questions never fail to amaze me. She was all of 6 months when this photo was clicked. I remember she squealed in delight on seeing herself like this on the mirror. This was perhaps the first time she realised that the mirror could reflect images of her and others. Biryani rejoiced the discovery by patting her little hand on it and making sounds only comprehensible by her back then.
