<span style="color:#3B5998;"><b> @611b9bab4925fd0013e31c4f </b></span> a 2.5 yr old kid needs a well balanced diet with regular physical activity. Keep a Shedule and make sure all major food groups are included in the diet. Like protein. Carbohydrates and fats. Active kids need all of that.
