Hi Anon we need to understand that dental issues occurs only when the milk get pooled inside the baby's mouth. With breastfeeding pooling of milk is not at all possible as the milk will come only when they suck. So you can dream feed without any fear. World health organizations recommends 2 yrs of breastfeeding or more. If you are planning to wean then please wean gently .
