Hands up 🙌🏼 if you struggle to have energy during pregnancy

A mama came to me for this exact reason!

She pictured her pregnancy being nothing like it had become. She was stuck on the couch, afraid to leave due to nausea & vomiting, and just miserable!

Once we started working together, we started implementing these 4 tips:

1. Getting quality rest (did you know there are 7 different types?!)

2. Hydration with more than just water- true hydration includes sodium, potassium, etc.

3. Pairing carbs with enough proteins/healthy fats to keep those blood sugars stable!

4. Including foods rich in B vitamins as they provide energy 🙌🏼

Just after a couple weeks of implementing those 4 things she was feeling like herself again!
