Summers are here and it's the time to take good care of ourselves and the babies too. Here are my tips .
1) use multani mitti : keep multani mitti mix with water in fridge.use it when the loo or heat stroke or sunburn attack. Gently put a layer of multani mitti on feet palm and forhead...it can be applied on head too( but can be messy for longer ones) . A simple way to cool down the heated nerves.

2) Mehndi: apply mehndi on palm and toes and on hair for a quick relief from heat.

3) Water: Drink in plenty but don't drink refrigerated water as soon as you enter the house. Sit for sometime under the fan and drink normal water. Let the body cool for sometime and then dig into that frigde
🌡️🌡️🌡️🌡️🌡️🌡️🌡️🌡️🌡️🌡️🌡️🌡️🌡️🌡️🌡️4) Head: Precaution is better then cute. Keep your head covered whenever you go out. Black colour abosorbs most heat and also covered head will keep it cool.
