#tipathon#tips If you have left over rice 🍚, add water to it and keep it inside the fridge over night. Next day with your hand 🖐️ mash the rice, add nicely cut onions, 1 small green chilli(optional), 1 glass of butter milk if not 1 table spoon of curd, hing powder and salt to taste. Mix everything together and drink, it's so filling and cools down the body.
I got pregnant in May, I could not handle the heat and my appetite was down. I had this for 2 weeks and survived, This can also be eaten with your regular sabzi, curry, pickles etc. It will be a complete meal.
