1. Protein keeps your tummy full for longer thus every meal you eat must have protein like Eggs, Milk, Nuts, Cheese,Yogurt, Beans and Soy.
2. Eat fiber Rich Food Like Fruits, Rolled Oats, Legumes, Nuts and Veggies

10. Stop eating all the packed and Processed food and start adding wholegrains to your Daily meal.
There's no magic pill, powder, detox water or supplement to make you thin.
