Today I have made this vada from moong & chana dal. Healthy snacks for tiffin & breakfast Preparation
Ingredients:
👉moong dal 100gm
👉Chana dal 100gm
👉Garlic (10-12) make a paste
👉Ginger paste
👉Jeera 1tbsp
👉Ajwain 1tbsp
👉 Coriander
👉 Red chilli 2tbsp
👉Hing, soda,
👉salt as per taste
Onion 1big (finely chopped)
Recipie: soak both the dal over night, next day grind the dal roughly not too smooth, take in a bowl mix all the ingredients together.
Heat the oil. Give vada a shape and fry it (I gave meduvada shape) 😋Yummie taste healthy snack is ready serve it with coconut chutney or tomato ketchup and can be used for tiffin Or breakfast🍳☕ Moong dal benefits 🤗👏👏
