If he spitted out some curd like substance, it is likely to be from the stomach. My pead told me that since milk mixes with hydro chloric acid in stomach, spit out substance sometimes smells. 
Please check his body temperature, i was advised to give paracetmol drops for every 6 hours for my LO

today pentavalent vaccine injection is given to my 3.5 month win.after 2-3 hour when he split on my shoulder then it's smell like just like vommeting .is it normal ? n when he is awake , contiously he cry and red red swelling on that injection portion.he has no fever.wht should I hv to do in this condition ?
