in a pan add 1tsp oil..add ajwain  haldi n salt ... put tofu.. stir fr few mins... wen tofu turns lil brown..add already sautted  onion tomato n capsicum ..
chopped cucumber <u>n</u> sprinkle black pepper at the end.. <u>enjoyyyy</u>
