Oats, wheat and banana pancakes!!
This recipe is very easy to make and yummy. It is full of nutrition and can be given in tiffin too. Mother's can make it and pack it for small journey's too as they remain good for about 6-8 hours when packed well.
Ingredients (will make 10 small pancakes)
3/4 cup wheat flour

1/2 cup rolled oats (dry roasted)

2 tbsp semolina or sooji

2 tbsp powder sugar or grated jaggery

I ripe banana mashed

A pinch of salt

1/2 tsp baking powder

1 tsp vanilla essence

2 tsp oil

1 cup milk

Oil for cooking
For dry roasting oats just take oats in a pan and on medium flame stir it for 3-4 minutes till their color changes a bit.
Method
1. To prepare the batter, in a bowl add wheat flour, dry roasted oats, sooji and mix well. Now add baking powder, salt, sugar and mix.
2. Add the mashed banana, vanilla essence, oil and milk and with a wisk make a smooth batter.
3. Heat a non stick pan. When medium hot with a ladle pour small amounts of batter to make 3-4 pancakes as per size. After few seconds drizzle oil on corners. When you see bubbles like thing, flip the pancake and cook from other side.
Serve hot with choice of chopped fruits and whipped cream, honey, maple syrup, ice cream, chocolate sauce or just like that.
