Two Ingredients Edible Paint & Home Gardening Activity!
.
.
Keeping a kid busy at home in these difficult times is so challenging. And going out is a big no no. I try each day to do some simple and fun activities with Simra, wherein she spends some time doing something interesting. It’s obvious that kids won’t be sitting too long to do an activity, hence made her do this quick activity as she loves to paint.
.
.
We are almost running out of supplies at home so why buy when we can make ours at home. So basically I took yogurt and food colours to prepare an edible paint as I always get afraid what if she eats the toxic paints. Prepared the paint and gave her few random stuff to paint that included small plastic cups. To my surprise she did it so well as you can that in the video & believe me this kept her busy for half an hour.
.
.
After she was done with painting the cups, I dried them in balcony. Didn’t want them to go waste just like that so then came this gardening thing into the picture. I just directed how to do it, Simra did it so well Alhamdulillah! She loved making this little addition to our pots in balcony. Ever since then Simra never forgets to water them & learning to love nature.

How are you making DIYs fun at home? Also if you try this someday with your little one, don’t forget to tag me! Tell me how did you find this in comments below ❤️
