Yes, just take care of few basic things like feeding the baby while take off and landing, dressing him up in layers and comfortable clothes since airports and flights can be colder than the temperature outside. So whenever required you can easily remove or add a layer to the clothing. Carry some toys that baby likes to divert his mind. Babywearing was my lifesaver at the airport and during travels, so if possible you could try getting an ergonomic baby carrier that can be used for babies that young who still do not have neck support.
