My cousin give birth to baby and baby cry after few seconds to 5minute after coming out...

Usko itna yaad ni but maximum 5 mintue bad roya..a.. Turant ni roya niklte hi.thoda time bad cry kra.. And hospital pedriation come for checking baby they check and said all is fine...so my question is if baby cry after few seconds then any issue... Sudden pain hua ta cousin ko and normal delivery huyi...born at 38 week
