#vratkakhaana As navratri is on its way and we have mommies who are health concious but forget your dieting and enjoy these 9 days 😂 I want to share most easy healthy fibre and protein rich Falhari dry fruits namkeen recipe.
This can be made and stored easily for all your 9 days fast. Keep on munching it whenever hunger strikes your tummy 😀 You will need : 📌 Makhana 3 small cup ( I prefer using cup ) 📌Cashews 1/2 cup 📌Almonds 1/2 cup 📌Raisins 1/2 cup 📌Sendha namak 1 small spoon (or according to your taste ) 📌Black pepper powder 1/2 small spoon 📌Ghee for little roasting Method : 📌Take Ghee in a pan first roast the makhana till crisp and take it out. 📌In the same ghee pan add cashews and roast it take it out after its color changes to golden if you want you can add more ghee to it. 📌Similarly repeat this with almonds. 📌Now, take a bowl add roasted makhanas cashews and almonds along with raisins. 📌To these dryfruits add sendha namak and black pepper powder. 📌Give it a good toss. 📌Your dryfruits falhari namkeen is ready. 📌Store it in an air tight container to maintain its freshness and it can be stored for upto 2 months. Tips : 📌If you are not health concious you can fry these dryfruits rather than roasting. 📌You can add or delete dryfruits acccording to your choice. 📌You can also add thin slices of coconut or melon seeds or apricots (after roasting just like cashews) Have a great navratri mommies. This is just a start. Will post some more recipes which i personally prefer to eat during navratri.
