#vratkakhaana Dahi waali lauki!! I have practically lived on this after my delivery. This is easy, tasty and very light on stomach. Very good after delivery. Ingredients 1 big bottle gourd or 2 small ones chopped.
1 tea spoon grated ginger
1 green chilli chopped
1 medium tomato chopped
1/4 tea spoon hing
1 tea spoon sabut zeera;
Sendha salt to taste
1/2 tea spoon red chilli powder
1 tea spoon haldi
1 table spoon dhaniya powder
1/2 tea spoon zeera powder
1/2 cup roughly beaten curd;;
Fresh chopped dhaniya for garnish
Oil and water for cooking Method 1. Add 2 table spoon oil in a pressure cooker and heat it. Then add hing and sabut zeera till it splutters. 2. Now add salt, haldi, chilli powder, dhaniya and zeera powder and mix well.
You can also mix all these spices in a small bowl and add. You can add little water too so that spices don't burn. 3. Now add ginger, green chillies and tomatoes and cook for a minute on simmer till oil separates. 4. Now add bottle gourd and mix well. Add 3-4 cups water and on simmer cook till 4-5 whistles come. 5. When steam is gone, add curd and fresh coriander and mix. Serve hot with fulka roti or vrat ki pooris.

Peel arbi like just scrapping the top.. cut into pieces and spinkle some salt and leave for like 30-45 min.. after that wash it properly so that stickiness goes way... 2 tomato 1 big onion few garlic n little ginger.. grind it.. - in cooker add little oil once it hot add jeera and then Add the masala we made... once it’s done when it leaves oil add all dry masala salt red chilli powder garlic masala n coriander powder.. last add arbi.. give 5-6 whistles.. it should be done... now add big serving spoon curd and mix well and garnish with coriander... ## initially the gravy will look watery kind but once u add curd and give couple of book it will be nice.. Enjoy.. @616d9126ca67e40013aaf3e5
