Take one bowl sabudana & soaked it for 3 hours... Now, heat oil in a pan.. Add cumin & curryleaves.. when crackel, add chopped potatoes.. saute it.2 min add chopped tomatoes &; green chilli cook well.. now add salt, turmuric, chilli powder, garam masala , sugar; nd coriender mix well again & saute..
now take sago from water & leave it to dry in another plate.. when potatoes r cooked, add soaked sago ( without water).. Now add peanut powder ( u can use half bind peanut too)& chopped ginger mix everything slowly & cook for 3 min..
add lemon juice in it..
garnish with coriender..khichdi is ready.. enjoy.. ( dont use water , otherwise it will become very sticky)
