PEANUT CURD CHUTNEY

best part is that this Peanut Curd Chutney involves zero cooking time! Just pop everything into the blender, whir, and it’s ready! Do not add any water while grinding, or the chutney might become watery.
Ingredients

1 cup roasted and coarsely crushed peanuts

3/4 cup fresh curds (dahi)

1 1/2 tsp ginger-green chill paste

1/2 tbsp lemon juice

1 tsp cumin seeds (jeera)

rock salt to taste

Method

Combine all the ingredients and blend in a mixer till smooth without using any water.
Store refrigerated in an air-tight container and use as required.
