try this sweet!
Mango Burfi
Ingredients


* 2 Cup Mango pulp,

* 1/2 Cup Dry desiccated coconut ,

* 1/2 Cup Semolina,

* 3/4 Cup Milk,

* 1/2 Cup Shugar,

* 2tsp Ghee,

* 2 tsp Corn Flour,

* Dry fruits,

* Cardamom powder.


Procedure


* In a pan first roast the desiccated coconut with 1tsp ghee for 2-3 min as it turns yellowish take it off.
*Then roast Semolina with 1tsp ghee for 3-4 min, take it off.

*After that in a pan add Mango pulp cook for 4-5 minutes
* then add milk +corn flour + Shugar + Dry fruits + Coconut+ Semolina in that.
* Keep the flame low, stir the mixture continuously till it becomes a solid mass.
Grease a tray/plate with ghee..

Now Pour that mixture in a greased tray/plate.
* Sprinkle the cut dry fruits over the mixture and press it slightly with the help of spoon.

Let it cool down for 1 hour.
Cut it into your favourite shape..
