Tried domstal but the vomit hasn't reduced. Also I don't want to keep giving him allopathic medicines. Is there any other remedy. Basically I want to know the root cause of his vomit that's happening often

Hi. My baby is 4 months old. While air travel I did feed him but after landing he vomited thrice. Ever since he's been vomiting a bit after 2-3 feeds daily. Before that there was never an episode of vomiting. Secondly he vomits even after car travel even for a short distance.
