Watermelon Delight

INGREDIENTS
3 cups ½-inch chunks of seedless watermelon (the smaller the chunks, the easier it is to blend this watermelon smoothie)
1 cup milk
½ cup yogurt
3 Tbsp Honey
METHOD
Cut the watermelon into small pieces
If you want a cool smoothie, you can refrigerate the watermelon 2 hours prior.
Blend everything together and serve chill.
NOTES
Instead of Honey you can also use maple syrup or dates syrup.

Always check with your paediatrician before introducing any new food.
