Ways to deliver normal... I am affraid of C section and its consequences. As i have heard its difficult to recover after cesarian and to get back to normal shape. Please advise ways so that i can deliver normally.

Hi kavita... u can try yoga as it has a lot of exercises n meditation which helps u stay positive n convince urself tht u will have a normal delivery... however the last month will only decide how the delivery needs to b done by ur doc.. try n choose a doc who has maximum normal delivery cases as most of the times it depends on the doctors also.. jus stay positive n don think about c section as of now...

Hi mommy<br> Be positive, relax and meditate. However, the delivery will not be our decision, let's hope for the best. All u need to pray for is a healthy baby, don't worry about the weight gain after surgery even if its the case, you can slowly reduce it, recovery is not a problem at all... <u>Tc</u>

No one knows till end of the day.. It all depends on the time.. Y to worry frm now.. Still more days r der.. Ur dr. Vl suggest yu aftr 7th month check up n suggest to attend child birth classes., So at time onwards yu can follow Ur dr. Advise n go through .. dnt worry about normal or c sec.. jst v want healthy baby dats it.. All the best,,&#9786;&#128077;
