We all know how nutritious eggs are. Eggs are extremely rich in protein, calcium, vitamins, iron, and other nutrients that support the growth and development of the baby.
Ingredients
1 small potato (peeled and grated)
1 egg
Salt
Pepper
Turmeric
Cooking oil
How to prepare
- In a pan heat ½ tbsp oil.
- Add the grated potato and cook it for 2-3 mins (till it’s soft).
- Add a pinch of salt, turmeric, and pepper.
- Break 1 egg and keep mixing (3-4 mins).
- Transfer it to a bowl and serve it.
