we had oats chilla for breakfast today !! grind oats into fine powder. add coriander leaves , onions, green chillies fine chopped. add salt, garam masala. masalas can be added as per ur choice. make on non stick on low flane with lid closed. serve with coriander mint chutney. yum. yum. !!
