As I read post here about Wednesday motivation posting pic from today's exercise.. With zumba I also do little weight lift and cardio which helps to tone body, during pregnancy also we can do different exercises but with advice of concerned n trained persons.. This helps to reduce the post pregnancy weight and of course staying fit is always good.
