My doc advised not to start with any exercises during 8-9month. Is it true that it's too late?

Eat healthy, stay hydrated, low carb, high fibre diet. Avoid eating junk foods, caffinated drinks. Check with your gynecologist and practice yoga.

Shruti attend prenatal yoga classes . Or be active in light house hold cores . Do not take stress. After asking any yoga expert do deep breathing.; It will help you at the time of delivery.
