Nothing Mansi, he should eat meals without any distraction. But getting on to it will be difficult in the beginning but slowly it will happen. Like Aditi mentioned, start telling a story... Slowly stop the stories and talk to him like how is the food etc by this time he will leave all these bad habits and start eating without distraction. You can tell him a small story from fables or panchtantra..I used to make even animal sounds in between the story to make my daughter eat..also you can tell some incidence from your childhood..you can also make small bites of the food and ask the child if he it she wants to try to eat etc... actually if meal times are interesting then kids look forward to it and even then it needs patience and lots of effort but slowly they start eating
