You need to avoid papaya, pineapple, sabja seeds, too spicy and oily food and junk food, cold drinks. Rest all is fine. Anything homemade will be good. Take your supplements regularly. Drink lots of water.. Eat all fruits, leafy veggies, dry fruits.
