U can give him some soaked almonds in the morning to start with and milk with turmeric or bornvita(anything he likes). Then later some fresh fruits preferably seasonal. Give him loads of veggies, fresh curd, dal and rice. If u a non vegeterian then an egg a day is very good for kids and ofcourse other meat like chicken and fish. Allow junk in moderstion and sweets too! Dont force feed!
