Hiccups happen when the stomach is full and presses against the esophagus which means that you need to hold baby upright and Pat the back to help the milk to settle or air to exit. If baby is comfortable then you also need not do anything. It is a normal event.

as per my knowledge dnt feed babies during hiccups.. hiccups are normal in babies.. and it stops by itself after some time..
