what I can do to reduce my tummy fat after 3 month of c section? which excersice will be beneficial and safe for me??

Hi, U must start with tranvers abdominus exercises( core muscle). Don't start crunches n all unless u do the above exercise. Please consult obstetric physiotherapist near you..

Consult ur doctor before you start tummy exercise, but can start with walking n healthy diet
