do you know in dubai,first of all proving a rape is so difficult, a rape cant be proved unless 5 men have witnessed it, and then only a person is given death sentence, if 5 men cannot witness rape a girl is stoned to death for false charges and adultery( if married)..

so pity . if the rules in India would be lyk other countries than It <u>should</u> become safe India . in Dubai ..as I heard there is no criminal case pending . rapist are hanged on public place. In India it is very tough to prove&#160; the crime . judiciary system is very slow .
