What is an anomaly scan? An anomaly scan, also known as a mid-pregnancy scan, takes a close look at your baby and your womb (uterus). The person carrying out the scan (sonographer) will check that your baby is developing normally, and look at where the placenta is lying.
My personal experience I went for anomaly scan during 5th end my baby was not in position so they called me again still baby wasn't in position
So doctor said everything is normal but was detected Renel pelvis extra but as he is a family doctor he said this is nothing still I checked with other doctor now here if your doctor is behind money he/she are gonna scare you like hell what 1 doctor did but after consulting 15 doc I came to know it's nothing and the truth whatever scan you do while your pregnant you can't make sure baby is healthy Coz everything you will come to know only once baby is the world info by doc even sometimes minor anomaly can scare you and when baby is born there is nothing so mom to be don't stress yourself if anything comes up coz Tht can harm your baby and if your financial condition isn't good I would suggest don't spend of expensive scans coz at the end they will say you can't say anything until baby is born
Make sure you eat healthy without focussing on weight gain n be active
