I used my hand and found it much easier than a manual pump . . ! Even though I bought one but I never used it

I found it difficult to express by pump than by hand... Though i bought it but never used... I express by hand <u>only</u>

If you will express milk daily once then go for manual one, I am using Philips Avent electric breast pump as I am working so found it convenient, take care
