If you are planning for a pregnancy it's a good thing to go on a proper diet and eat healthy meals. Completely cut down on your junks and avoid eating out, eat at home Fresh, avoid preservatives like masala oats, kellogs, maggi, pasta etc. Include lot of green vegetables and fruits.
