Eat healthy food... vegetables fruits ... I started eating almost everything after 45 days... I even ate lot of panjiri which we eat after delivery and boiled water with ajwain in it..

Avoid gassy food as much as possible. Eat alot of fresh fruits, veggies. Drink lot of water and stay well hydrated. When i delivered i used to eat alot of toori, doodhi, dal rice, roti with jeera or ajwain, veggies, pulses, salad etc. Hope this is helpful.
