i had clot .it cures after taking 4 months of complete bed rest ...i had bleeding .u need to lay om bed most of the time...if u have spotting.thank god its cured now ...just take rest ..wht is the sixe of ur cloy

if you are having bleeding or spotting, then complete bed rest is needed.. if not, then you can do your works as mentioned above..
