When I started yoga was only a physical exercise for me but now it's different for me as i understand the real meaning of yoga which found by our ancient Rushimunis, not for only physical aspects.

✔During savasana, it slows down my heart rate, calms my mind, and leads to a deep, inner calm and sense of recreation.
