What is yoga for me?

When I started yoga was only a physical exercise for me but now it's different for me as i understand the real meaning of yoga which found by our ancient Rushimunis, not for only physical aspects.

✔Yoga asanas help condition your body.

✔Yoga focuses on the mind by teaching you to concentrate on specific parts of the body. ✔Yoga uses controlled breathing as a way to engage the mind, body, and spirit. ✔The controlled breathing of pranayamas will control the energy flow in your body. ✔In my experience that controlled breathing helps me focus on muscles, joints and another part of the body that are working.

✔During savasana, it slows down my heart rate, calms my mind, and leads to a deep, inner calm and sense of recreation.
