What kind or brand of detergent should be used to wash baby cloth - Health and Fitness

What kind or brand of detergent should be used to wash baby clothes. .

I am thinking of using normal surf excel then one round of Dettol.
Is it ok ?

If it's come to baby we try to use best available products for them. So for detergent I will suggest you Mamaearth Plant based laundry detergent for babies cloths.
