Eat helathy. <br> Take regular supplements.<br> Include iron protein rich food in Ur diet. <br> Don't eat anything that produce heat. <br> Drink lots of water. <br> Eat fruits ,fibre, salads. <br> Stay positive. ..<br> U need not to increase or eat a lot during first trimester ...Ur natural diet with some additional nutrients. Will be enough for the baby. <br> <u>Tc</u>
