Hey until 6 months, all you need to rely on is breastfeeding. As long as the baby is feeding well, he will grow Don't worry. But if you are not sure if your baby is feeding well, check with your pediatrician or seek help from a lactation consultant.

as long as dr says all ok then its fine. regular vaccine visits to the dr will help u keep track as well. weight depends and varies so just follow your dr.
