U should be eat fruits like pomegranate,apple cheeku,chukander,orange, pine apple e.t.c

Lits of foods can help..have dry anjeer with milk daily..juice of orange, beetroot, pomegranate and carrots..rajma..green leafy Vegetables...dates too..if taken regularly this will benefit as I had started my pregnancy with 7.2 hb
