Hi please concentrate on tummy exercises.For that please visit a physiotherapist preferably working with a maternity set up.Concentrate on strengthening ur muscles than loosing weight , which is more important to prevent some post delivery complications

from my side just drink warm water nd avoid cold water nd normal water also.. after my delivery m using dis technique only..nd go for walk
