NT NB scan is very essential as the length of nose bone determines if the growth of baby is proper. If it's not there chances that baby might have down's syndrome is high.

Nt scan is a detailed analysis . If baby's position is not proper it might take longer or you will be called again . Basically it will include scan of all major organs , limbs , and other studies to rule out certain disorders .

Hi Arpita,you can expect a somewhat long scan,depends upon ur babys position.usually they ask to eat something and then come so that the baby is active. Reports will show the relative percentile which tells you the possibility of downs syndrome.All the best!
