What type of exercise or yoga can I do in third trimester.... Please suggest. P. S. I have never did exercises earlier.

Honestly squats or any <u>form</u> of yoga is safe only and only if you have either been practicing it prior to your pregnancy or if you have a trained supervisor to assist you in it. Do not try new experimental stuff in pregnancy especially if you haven't consulted your gynac for a green signal. Do not tk unecessary risks. Just keep walking. Or get your gynac to suggest and thrn start under a trainer or some prenatal class

Avoid following stuff online. If your gyno allows you to exercise, I think yoga is best but frankly if you've never exercised earlier, be normally fit and active. That will help.

Walking the safest... And if permitted u can go ahead with squats, duck walk or the butterfly excersise.. U can check online or take help from an expert for doing it in a correct <u>way</u>

Walking is the safest form of exercise in case you haven't been excercing before. However this also depends on your pregnancy history. So before starting any exercise ask your gynac. Even in case of walking. I was told to avoid walking until i entered week 36. So plz ask your <u>gynac</u>
